Carter's 16 points leads Georgia Tech past Mississippi Valley State 76-59

ATLANTA — Robert Carter Jr. tied his season high with 13 points and added a season-high 15 rebounds Tuesday, when Georgia Tech ran all over Mississippi Valley State in the first half on the way to a 76-59 win. Carter, a sophomore forward, also had four assists and blocked three shots. He did most of his damage in the first half as the Yellow Jackets used a 27-2 run to build a 41-14 halftime lead.
