SEC Network to air Georgia opener

The University of Georgia announced Wednesday that the September 4 football game against the University of Louisiana-Lafayette in Athens will be televised by the SEC Network with the kickoff set for 12.21 p.m.

The local affiliate for the SEC Network is PeachtreeTV.

Previously announced early season Georgia games include South Carolina in Columbia on September 11 and Arkansas in Athens on September 18, both of which are scheduled to begin at noon on either ESPN or ESPN2. The October 30 match up with Florida in Jacksonville will be televised by CBS at 3:30 p.m.
