LEXINGTON, Ky. — A'dia Mathis and Amani Franklin each scored 15 points, and No. 17 Kentucky pushed its home winning streak to 16 games with a 64-48 victory over No. 19 Georgia on Thursday night.

The Wildcats (21-3, 8-2 Southeastern Conference) forced 24 turnovers and harassed Georgia 19-6, 6-6) into 36 percent shooting from the field.

The win avenged a 61-60 overtime loss to Georgia in January and stretched the Wildcats' SEC win streak to eight. It was Georgia's first loss to a ranked opponent this season and fifth loss in six games overall.

Jasmine Hassell scored nine points for the Lady Bulldogs, who used their height advantage to outscore Kentucky 32-24 in the paint.

Kentucky didn't manage a field goal over the first five minutes but eventually broke off an 11-0 run to take a 28-23 halftime lead.
