MARIETTA — A medical examiner near Atlanta says former Georgia and San Diego Chargers safety Paul Oliver has committed suicide. Cobb County investigators say the 29-year-old Oliver was found dead Tuesday night at his home in Marietta. Police say Oliver died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
