Travis Leslie, who spearheaded Georgia’s upset win over Tennessee last week, was named the Southeastern Conference Player of the Week on Monday.
Leslie, a 6-foot-4 sophomore from Decatur, flirted with the program’s first triple-double against the Volunteers. He scored 19 points and added a team-high nine rebounds and seven assists.
For the season, Leslie is scoring 13.9 points per game and averages 6.5 rebounds per contest.
