The Columbus Clippers scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth to beat the Gwinnett Braves 7-5 on Friday in Columbus, Ohio.
Jordan Schafer and Barbaro Canizares each homered in the top of the sixth to give Gwinnett a 3-2 lead, but a home run from Jared Goedert and an RBI double from Nick Weglarz sparked a four-run sixth that put Columbus ahead for good.
The G-Braves added two runs in the top of the ninth on an error and a single by Canizares that scored Wes Timmons.
Joey Ortegano pitched five innings for Gwinnett and surrendered four runs on six hits.
Gwinnett plays Columbus at 7:05 tonight.
