Local golf: Moon shoots 147 to win Rudolph Junior Classic

Ted Moon of Lilburn finished with a two-day score of 147 to take first place in the 16- to 18-year-old divison of the Rudolph Junior Classic on Monday at the Chattahoochee Golf Course.

David Yowell of Marietta finished second in the division with a 151, followed by Zackary Pittard of Duluth (156) and Gainesville’s Parks Brown (157).

Kate Cho of Cumming won the girls division with 161, ahead of Meg Callahan of Gainesville (189).

In the boys 14- to 15-year-old division Grant Lasseter of Gainesville (152) took first place, followed by Jack Larkin of Atlanta (157).

Spencer Ralston of Gainesville won the 12- to 13-year-old division, shooting a 155. Brett Barron of Suwanee finished second (161).
