The Luna’s Tuesday golf group played at the Chattahoochee Golf Course this week.

First place went to the team of Bud Black, Tommy Lowery, Larry Miller and Doug McMahan. Second place went to the team of Joe Roberts, Tom Sexton, Doug Van and Johnny Nix. Third place went to the team of Gene Weschler, Don Smallwood, Jerry Johns and Juan Luna.

Closest to the pin winners were Miller (No. 3), Roberts (No. 5), Luna (No. 12), and Chad Pierce (No. 17).

CMGA: The Chattahoochee Men’s Golf Association played a two best ball, aggregated net points game Tuesday at the Chattahoochee Golf Course.

First place was won by the team of Stan Davidson, Jack Costello, Robert Mallis and Bob Watson.

The team of Ed Pledger, Bill Sutton, Jack Prather and Joe Kolesar tied with the team of Gary Palmer, Clay Bartlett, Paul Payne and Zach Thompson

Closest to the pin winners were Davidson (No. 3), Bartlett (No. 5), Dick Bachman (No. 12) and Costello (No. 17).

DPG: The Dedicated Players Group held events Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Chicopee Woods Golf Course. On Monday, Charley Kilby finished first, Bob Kidd placed second, Terrence Dale was third and James Roberts finished fourth. Roberts finished first on Wednesday, Jerry Shell took second, Steve Knowles placed third and Dave Jetter finished fourth.

Kilby finished first on Friday, while Dwight Miller earned second.
