Jim Foote shot a two-day total of 144 to win the Chicopee Woods Championship on Sunday at Chicopee Woods Golf Course.
Foote’s score gave him an even-par finish in the two-day tournament. He ended defending champion Derek Watson’s bid for a third straight title with the win.
Watson placed second with a 146.
Foote now holds two distinctions at Chicopee Woods. He is the course’s current senior champion after winning its Senior Championship last October.
Foote, the President of Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville, also placed fifth at this year’s City Championship at Chattahoochee Golf Course.
Tommy Calhoun won the blue tee flight with a net score of 144. Paul Gibson and Mike Stokes each won their respective flights from the white tees.
