Hooper wins Chicopee Woods title
Don Fortune, of Gainesville, watches his putt on the ninth green at Chicopee Woods golf course Sunday morning during Day two of the Chicopee Woods Championships.

Steve Hooper shot a final-round 73 on Sunday to match his score from the first round and won the Chicopee Woods championships in Oakwood.

He finished one shot ahead of second place finishers Michael Nunn (147), Jim Prantl (147) and Duane Roberts (147).
In the blue tee flight, Danny Dingess won with a 146, one shot ahead of Dan Arthurs (147). In the white tee flight No. 1, Roger Stapp finished first (146) and Len Kaper placed second (149).

In the white tee flight No. 2, Brian Coley won with a 146 and Bob Arendt finished second (151). In the white tee flight No. 3, Ken Dooley placed first with a 143 and Karl Steigle shot a 149.
