North Georgia College & State’s Melissa Dickie was named the Peach Belt Conference Pitcher of the Week on Monday afternoon by the league office. The Buford graduate is the second player this season from North Georgia to earn the Pitcher of the Week honor and boosted her perfect record to 16-0 for her freshman season. Dickie allowed just one earned run in six appearances, finishing the week with a 0.21 earned run average.
