The No. 3-ranked North Georgia softball team pushed their winning streak to seven games, beating Catawba 7-3 and Cocker 19-0 in the Mid South Classic on Saturday in Spartanburg, SC.

The Lady Saints are now 20-2.

Krysten Connelly got the win against Catawba, allowing seven hits and three runs in five innings. She was supported by Hilary Cox, who hit a two-run homer.

Sarah Phillips got the win against Coker in a game shortened to five innings due to the mercy rule. She allowed one hit while striking out six in going the distance. Ansley Williams went 3-for-4 with five RBIs, including a three-run homer.
