David Pruett, a Lakeview Academy graduate and a sophomore at Lander University, has been named the Peach Belt Conference’s Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Last week, Pruett averaged 27 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals in two games, making 11 of his 20 3-point attempts while leading the Bearcats to a pair of wins.

The 6-foot-4 guard currently ranks sixth in conference in scoring with 16.6 points per game and fourth in the league in 3-pointers made per game (3.3).
