The Brenau University softball team swept a doubleheader with No. 20 Shorter, 3-0, 3-2, on Tuesday in Gainesville. With the win, the Golden Tigers (37-7, 21-5 Southern States Athletic Conference) moved two games ahead of Shorter for first place in the conferences eastern division.

Brenau will host Emmanuel College for their last regular season series, beginning at 6 p.m. tonight.
