ATLANTA — A large storm that left several inches of snow in the Atlanta area has forced the Atlanta Hawks to call off practice.
The Hawks are scheduled to play host to the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night at Philips Arena. Hawks spokesman Arthur Triche says the team, after calling off Monday's practice, plans to have a light practice on Tuesday morning.
Triche says the team is monitoring the status of Tuesday night's game.
The Atlanta Falcons, who will face the Green Bay Packers in the NFL playoffs on Saturday night, still plan to practice on Monday in their indoor facility in Flowery Branch.
