ATLANTA — The Atlanta Hawks have assigned rookies John Jenkins and Mike Scott to their Bakersfield NBA Development League affiliate. Neither first-year player has seen significant playing time. Jenkins, a guard from Vanderbilt, has scored six points in 13 minutes.
