FLOWERY BRANCH — The Atlanta Falcons have completed their latest round of cuts by waiving receivers Rashad Evans, Marcus Jackson and Marcus Sales. The cuts announced Monday came after the team waived 11 players the previous day. The roster now stands at 75 heading into Thursday's final preseason game against Jacksonville.
