FLOWERY BRANCH — Falcons coach Dan Quinn says strong safety William Moore and receiver Leonard Hankerson have been ruled out for Sunday’s home game against Tampa Bay. Moore, a starter for the last six years, hurt his groin in last week’s win at Tennessee and hasn’t practiced this week. He missed nine games last year with an injured shoulder.
