ATLANTA — A 10th-inning meltdown set the stage for a postgame shake-up of Atlanta’s bullpen. Nick Masset allowed three runs without getting any outs as the Braves wasted another strong start by Shelby Miller in Sunday’s 4-0, 10-inning loss to the Philadelphia Phillies. Dana Eveland replaced Masset with the bases loaded and gave up Ryan Howard’s tiebreaking sacrifice fly.
