ATLANTA— It wasn’t an easy decision to order a pinch-hitter for Julio Teheran after the right-hander allowed only one hit in seven scoreless innings. Pedro Ciriaco’s clutch hit made that tough call by Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez look good.
