CINCINNATI— Mike Foltynewicz’s best start ended badly, done in by one errant throw to second base. The 23-year-old right-hander let Atlanta’s one-run lead slip away in the seventh with his throwing error, and Devin Mesoraco doubled home the winning run in the ninth inning on Tuesday night, giving the Cincinnati Reds a 4-3 win over the slumping Braves. The Reds snapped a three-game losing streak with the late comeback.
