White County blanked Lumpkin County 31-0 on Friday night in Dahlonega. Senior Will Flowers had an interception for the Warriors (2-0) at the end of the fourth quarter that all but sealed the win. Maurice Sutton led White County’s ground attack with 80 yards and a touchdown on eight carries, and Dalton Whitfield added another pair of scores and 70 yards on nine carries.
