Around the country on Wednesday, high school football players were finally able to put pen to paper and make their college decisions official by signing letters of intent.
Below is a list of local players who signed:
- West Hall High School’s Blake Manning signed a letter of intent to play college football for Stetson University. - Nine players from Gainesville High signed letters of intent Wednesday. They are, from left: Tray Harrison (West Georgia Tech); Caleb Hayman (University of South Alabama); Connor Calvert (West Georgia University); Damian Grayson (West Georgia Tech); Michael Pittman (West Georgia Tech); Fred Payne (Western Carolina University); Lahius Leverette (West Georgia Tech); Quamon Peoples (West Georgia Tech); and TK Mize (West Georgia Tech).
