I have just read the 10 questions that will be asked in completing the census. I have two questions regarding the questionnaire.

1. What does a telephone number have to do with the census? Are people that do not have a telephone counted? I have great reservations about giving out my telephone number.

2. What does your age and date of birth have to do with the census? I have some reservation in even giving out this information.

I would like some input on the above.
