An article by the president of Georgia River Network, "Reservoirs an Unnecessary Expense," details how unnecessary and useless the Hall County reservoirs are. With our county in debt already, this just seems like a very wrong idea at the wrong time.

Who are the few who will profit off this? We know who will get stuck paying for this for 30 years plus interest.
