A neighbor complained that rainwater running from our farm flooded his. So Dad built a pond to catch heavy rain, only to hear "you have cut off my water."

To which Dad said: "Rain fallin' on my land is my water."  Take note Corps of Engineers, 'Bama and Florida.

Answer to our prayers?
Sorry Governor, but I think God is saying to Himself: "They had a good warning in 1981 and did nothing. Maybe this time they will build some more water reservoirs. I know I gave them enough intelligence to realize another drought would happen eventually."
