How can you make a DUI a felony for one person and a misdemeanor for another. They are breaking the same law, present the same danger on our roadways no matter if they are "illegal immigrants" or U.S. citizens or whatever.

If a driver is caught driving under the influence, why give them three more chances to kill an innnocent victim? If it is a felony for one on the first conviction, it should be a felony for all on the first time. Maybe they would take it more seriously if they were punished the first time around!
