Your views: Dr. Chapman will serve state physician group well

The residents of Hall County received another honor when the House of Delegates of the Medical Association of Georgia elected Dr. Jack Chapman Jr., ophthalmology, their new president. The medical association is made up with thousands of physicians throughout Georgia.

Dr. Chapman, an outstanding leader in the field of medicine, has worked many hours for the betterment of health care. He will be traveling not only in Georgia, but attending meetings throughout the United States at various medical functions, not only in his specialty, but within the American Medical Association.

Hall County and surrounding areas are very fortunate in having outstanding physicians. Many have served as leaders of the specialty society working to improve health care. At the 153rd House of Delegates of the Medical Association of Georgia, Dr. Jack Chapman Jr. is the first president from Hall County.
