I think everyone needs to lighten up on the Georgia Department of Transportation. These hard-working people have been at it 24/7 to get the rest of us moving.
If you want to start throwing rocks, throw them at the last three state administrations for squandering huge amounts of money on special projects, leaving skeletal budgets for building up our GDOT resources for this kind of disaster. Hats off to all GDOT employees.
