I am greatly distressed over all the "garbage" coming out of our nation's capital these days. One of the most basic problems I have observed is a failure to accept responsibility for one's actions and be honest enough to express it publicly.

We have, woefully, installed into power an administration that is clearly corrupt and dysfunctional in its purpose. I'm sure there must be a few of our leaders who may still believe that they are in Washington to serve the best interests of the American people, but only a few.

Our Congress and our White House have fallen into the hands of a few arrogant, power-hungry, self-serving bureaucrats. They are in it for power and control with no regard for American's best interest.

It makes my blood boil when I see our president stand before the world stage and apologize for his demented perception of our alleged shortcomings, while he bows and grovels at the feet of world leaders that hate our country. Too many of our congressmen have been in office longer than they should. We need strict term limits.

I still believe in our Constitution. I believe in an almighty God who presides over the affairs of man; too bad many of our leaders don't.

The list of issues that need to be addressed is too large to cover in one letter, but make no mistake, we will all give account one day to our creator. I love my country, but I'm appalled at where we are headed.
