I think I have a simple solution for the water wars. The ecology folks want everything left natural, as if man were not here.

Let’s do that. Send the amount of water down the Chattahoochee River that would have gone down if there were no Buford Dam. The only exception would be emergency flooding relief. Then even make that up as soon as you can.

Some years, a lot of water would go down to the Gulf of Mexico, some years not so much. That’s what happened for thousands of years and the oysters got along just fine.
