I just returned from Myrtle Beach, S.C. I bought gas there at $3.21, then got back in Hall County and gas was $3.60.

Recently, I went to Panama City, Fla.; gas was 20 to 30 cents per gallon cheaper.

Can anyone explain the difference? Seems to me Hall County is first to raise prices and last to lower prices.
