Am I the only one that is concerned about the forfeiture of the Fourth Amendment during the Boston manhunt?

It seems to me that our governments — local, state and federal — believe they can ignore the Constitution when doing so is to their benefit. Ask yourself how you would feel if several armed SWAT team police showed up at door and demanded to search your house and property because a suspect was in the neighborhood?

It is one thing to call and ask the police to investigate a wounded stranger in the neighborhood, but quite another to have SWAT patrols running through your house because of a “maybe.”

What will be the next excuse for a termination of constitutional rights? Just asking.
