Am I the only one that is concerned about the forfeiture of the Fourth Amendment during the Boston manhunt? It seems to me that our governments — local, state and federal — believe they can ignore the Constitution when doing so is to their benefit. Ask yourself how you would feel if several armed SWAT team police showed up at door and demanded to search your house and property because a suspect was in the neighborhood?
