It is beyond my understanding the disagreement going on between Blue Cross Blue Shield Georgia and Northeast Georgia Health System. (story here) This sounds to me like there is a personality problem somewhere. If both parties are committed to reaching an agreement, I suggest starting negotiations with new people. If Northeast Georgia Health System thinks they will get a better deal excluding BCBSGA, all it needs to do is look at Obamacare regulations, of which there are thousands of pages.
