It is beyond my understanding the disagreement going on between Blue Cross Blue Shield Georgia and Northeast Georgia Health System. (story here) This sounds to me like there is a personality problem somewhere. If both parties are committed to reaching an agreement, I suggest starting negotiations with new people.
If Northeast Georgia Health System thinks they will get a better deal excluding BCBSGA, all it needs to do is look at Obamacare regulations, of which there are thousands of pages. Thousands of people have had BCBSGA and have used the Northeast Georgia Health System for years.
I suggest someone take the insured people’s care into consideration. Get back to the negotiating table.
