Hall County commissioners are pointing fingers at the Hall County Sheriff's Office looking for a scapegoat for their budget woes. Don't forget commissioners, there are four fingers pointed back at you.
Were you familiar with the Sheriff's Office, and in particular with Sheriff Steve Cronic and his staff, you would not have them in the hot seat. This man has more integrity in his little toe than all of you commissioners have combined.
I have never been so disgusted and ashamed of our county elected officials in the 18 years I've lived here. This is the most corrupt, self-serving gang we've seen in a long time. Believe me when I say this, we Hall County voters do not trust you. It is my hope and prayer that every single one of you is replaced soon. The rot in politics is not just in D.C and Atlanta; it is in our own backyard.
Steve Cronic and his staff have served us admirably, that cannot be said of you commissioners. I am not the only one who knows of land and business deals that you people have made to serve your own interests. You will not find a shred of unethical behavior in our sheriff or his administration. For that you have to look in a mirror.
It's a good thing you can't fire them like you did other honest people. I'm looking forward to the next election.
