I'm prone to using musical metaphors, but as we approach the one-year anniversary of the horrific attacks on our nation's Capitol, I wonder if our democracy is "Slip, Slidin' Away?"It was a horrific scene. An angry mob, many carrying Trump flags and even Confederate flags, smashed their way into the building. Five people were killed.
