The Times wants community members to be a part of its editorial board.

Board members will serve a three-month term and meet monthly to discuss community issues. That discussion will inform the opinions published on Sundays in The Times.

Those interested should send about 200 words describing their opinion about the newspaper’s role in the community to letters@gainesvilletimes.com. Members will be chosen in order to create a board with diverse, thoughtful opinions. Please also include the following:
