We're all familiar with the destructive and fatal PC (aka pernicious counterfeit) virus and some of its strains. The “don’t profile and ignore” terrorist activity strain led to 13 murdered and many wounded at Fort Hood in Texas, several years ago.
College campuses are rife with the virus. Many students have succumbed and are frothing at the mouth with phrases like “white privilege,” “disproportionate” and the like. They have intimidated administrators who cower in fear. They are aided and abetted by leftist professors who work with students to suppress free speech. Seems students are not exposed to the Constitution and are ignorant of the 1st Amendment’s guarantee of freedom of expression.
Now, the PC virus is mutating at a scary rate. One of the latest strains is cultural appropriation. A lady enjoyed a recipe in a foreign country, returned to the U.S., opened an eatery offering the recipe and was forced to close due to charges of cultural appropriation.
Another recent strain is welcome back: jihadist. Some nations are allowing jihad sympathizers to travel and train in Libya, Syria, Pakistan and other terrorist countries and return to their nation of residence. That’s suicide!
Then there’s the reverse diversity strain. Some colleges are celebrating diversity by holding separate commencements. What does that even mean?
Roughly half of America has contracted the PC virus, leading to the demand for open borders, suppression of speech and thought, acceptance of anti-constitutional cultures, removal of American historical artifacts, Russia hysteria, irrational personality disorder, malignant feminism and full-blown relativism.
The other half has, so far, avoided contraction by inoculating themselves with truth. Which will prevail?
