If the people who are objecting to the proposed landfill would visit the Hall County Landfill off Candler Highway, they would see how beautifully it is managed and operated. It is practically invisible as a landfill and resembles only a grassy hill. There is no smell at all and no trash or garbage anywhere visible. All of us who live here should be very appreciative of how our waste is taken care of, including tree stumps.
