Letter: Deal allowed business interests to bully him into vetoing bill

Concerning the veto of the “religious freedom” bill: I am very disappointed with Gov. Nathan Deal. His statement, “I do not respond very well to insults or threats,” is not true because that is exactly what he has done. He has allowed Angie’s List, NFL, Disney, Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Apple, Porsche and others to bully him.

I agree totally with Dr. Tom Smiley’s statement “History will show that Deal chose the easy way, not the right way.” Our religious freedoms are sadly at risk. God please work miracles for Georgia and America.
