How do you go about electing a state official that will serve your district for 22 years and, 1. never be accused of any wrongdoing; 2. represent his constituents at the highest standards; 3. always put the people first; and 4. never get embroiled in a bitter controversy that might cast him in a bad light?

First elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 1994 to serve District 29, Carl has served with distinction, integrity and trust. He always fought valiantly for the people and regarded their voice as being the loudest and most deserved to be heard.
