Greenleaf Management has purchased three apartments complexes off U.S. 129. Norwood, Brentwood, and Versailles are home to many working-class minorities, and the developer is pumping more than $2 million into renovations for the aging complexes.
Three apartment complexes off Park Hill Drive in Gainesville that primarily house working-class minorities and immigrants are getting a major face-lift and new security thanks to a more than $2 million investment from Greenleaf Management. Greenleaf owns about 20 properties in Georgia, primarily up and down the Interstate 85 corridor, according to partner Dave Codrea. Codrea said the management company purchased the Lanier Terrace apartments on Summit Street in Gainesville, near the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, about three years ago.
