Woman facing federal explosives charges released from jail

A North Georgia woman facing federal explosives charges has been released from jail.A federal judge previously ordered Celia Alchemy Savage of Cornelia held until her trial after prosecutors argued she could be a threat to others.Her lawyer filed a request earlier this week asking for her release on strict conditions.Savage on Wednesday posted $25,000 secured bond.Under the conditions for her release, she is to be confined to her grandparents’ home except for work, medical treatment or court appearances and to undergo psychotherapy.She is also not allowed to contact any witnesses in the case, use or possess weapons, use alcohol or narcotics, or use social media.Savage faces federal drug and explosives charges. Authorities in May raided her home and found pipe bombs, multiple guns and suspected illegal drugs.
