A Flowery Branch woman faces charges in connection with an incident Friday in which she allegedly shot another woman in the leg and shot at a third woman. Tosha Monique Bailey, 33, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault. She was being held at the Hall County Jail pending a bond hearing July 7.
