The Hall County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a stabbing and possible sexual assault of a 24-year-old woman Wednesday morning at a North Hall home. Upon arrival at the house, deputies found that the woman had been stabbed in the abdomen. She told authorities that the man, a stranger, had confronted her at her home, then assaulted her, took some unknown items and fled the scene.
