The second annual Winter Wonderful has arrived, which means free coats, hats, gloves and more for kids.

From 5-8 p.m. Dec. 12, Amerigroup and Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County will be at the indoor fountain of Lakeshore Mall in Gainesville to give away winter supplies to kids ages 5 through 10.

The first 200 kids to arrive will receive a free bike helmet. Other supplies, such as coats, hats and gloves will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis.

The organizations will raffle other items every 30 minutes. Raffle tickets are also free.

In addition to the free supplies, there will be holiday activities and crafts for the kids.

Children’s coats can still be donated during regular business hours at the office inside Lakeshore Mall, 150 Pearl Nix Parkway, Gainesville, or at the mall’s information table near Santa from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 11.
