Weather conditions have led to the following closings and cancellations. The list will be updated on an ongoing basis as information is received:

SCHOOLS & COLLEGES

Forsyth County: All Friday night sports and events canceled; Saturday wrestling tournament also canceled

Gainesville State College UPDATED: Saturday classes (including academic and continuing education) on the Gainesville campus have been canceled. The Oconee campus will operate normally.

Hall County UPDATED: Tonight's high school basketball games — Loganville at Flowery Branch, canceled; Gainesville High at North Hall, canceled; West Forsyth at West Hall, Johnson at Creekview, all start at 4 p.m. Hall teams were scheduled for wrestling events on Saturday in Pickens and Forsyth counties, and those are canceled.

Lumpkin County: All Friday evening and weekend activities canceled.

Pickens County: Burnt Mountain wrestling tournament canceled for Saturday.

OTHERS

Hall County Parks and Leisure Services: East Hall Community Center, Mulberry Creek Community Center and Sardis Gym will close at 5 p.m. Friday and delay opening until noon Saturday.
