A new traffic signal at Thurmon Tanner Parkway and H.F. Reed Industrial Parkway in South Hall will be tested Thursday, Aug. 8, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation. The traffic light will have a flashing red light, meaning motorists must treat the intersection as a four-way stop, taking turns going through it.
