The Grady Young Foundation plans to hold its Fifth Annual Memorial Weekend today through Sunday.

The organization is named after Grady Young, a lifetime Hall County resident who served as layman president emeritus of the Northwestern Baptist Association of Georgia and served for 26 years as treasurer of the Congress of Christian Education. The weekend features a golf tournament at Chattahoochee Golf Course, the Annual Gospel Extravaganza at Antioch Baptist Church on Mill Street, the Annual Father-Son Fellowship Breakfast and Test-Taking Strategies Workshop at Antioch Baptist, and the Youth Recognition Banquet (at $50 donation per person) at New Holland Core Knowledge Academy, 170 Barn St.

The weekend also includes worship at 11 a.m. Sunday at Cross Plains Missionary Baptist Church, 3230 Cross Plains Road. The public is invited to all events. For more information, call Rickey D. Young at 770-321-4352 or visit www.grady youngfoundation.org.
