Hall County public safety officers worked much of Saturday to help residents in North Hall County cut off after rains washed out C. Rogers Road. The road was washed out by heavy rains and flooding just after 3 p.m., according to Hall County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks. About 100 families were affected.
